Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall report before CBCID, Cyber Crime Cell, Egmore, Chennai 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m. which was imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6794 of 2018 modified from Crl.O.P.No.849 of 2018, dated 27.04.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SRIDEVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6794 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.849 of 2018 dated 28.4.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is not regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (crl.side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, this order shall not stand in the way of the petitioner complying with the condition imposed by this Court on 28.04.2018.
