This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case, based on the petitioner complaint dated 20.12.2015.
2. The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondent police to register the case on his complaint dated 20.12.2015. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
3. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
