Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should sign before the respondent police station daily at 10.00 A.M and 5.00 P.M until further orders in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.25922 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021 on the file of this Hon`ble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25922 of 2021, dated 29.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that, after enlarging the petitioner on bail, he has been complied with the conditions only from 04.01.2022 to 11.01.2022 and subsequent to that, he has not been complied with the conditions as directed by this Court vide order dated 29.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.25922 of 2021.

Hence, in view of the above, this petition is dismissed. It is open to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) to file a petition for cancellation of bail.
