This Review Petition has been filed to review the order passed by this Court made in W.P. No.140 of 2020 dated 20.11.2023.

2. The above writ petition got disposed in view of the undertaking of the second respondent wherein he has agreed to release the terminal benefits of the petitioner. Now, the petitioner tries to introduce a new cause of action under Section 18(1) settlement, despite he agreed to the order dated 20.11.2023. No specific grounds have been made out in this review application.
