This Writ Petition was listed on 01.11.2022 and as there was no representation for the petitioner, the Registry was directed to list the case under the caption, "for dismissal". Eventhough the case is listed under the caption "for dismissal", today, there was no representation for the petitioner when the case was called. The case was kept in pass over to be taken up at the end of the list for affording an opportunity to the petitioner. When the case is taken up at the end of the list, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and therefore, this Court infers that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs.
