ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents from filling up the Clerk post in the 3rd respondent society through District Recruitment Bureau.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Kishore, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that, yesterday ( ie.30.01.2024), one person was appointed as Clerk in the 3rd respondent society. Therefore, the prayer sought in the Writ Petition become infructuous.
3. In the light of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the appointment order of the person selected for Clerk post in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
