O R D E R

The writ petition is filed by M/s.Best and Crompton Engineering Limited, challenging the order dated 29.07.2003 passed by the first respondent in Appeal TSE No.2.4 of 2002.

2. The Deputy Official Liquidator, High Court, Madras filed the Status Report by stating that the writ petitioner-Company was already wound up. Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 27.07.2016 passed in C.P.No.63 of 2013, the Liquidator has taken charge of the entire assets and liabilities and therefore all the claims are to be placed before the Official Liquidator for settlement or otherwise.

3. The respective parties to the present writ petition are at liberty to approach the Official Liquidator for the purpose of placing their claims or otherwise in the manner prescribed.
