The present writ petition challenges the transfer order dated 14.05.2010. After the interim stay was vacated in the year 2010, it appears that the Petitioner has joined in the transferred place. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the writ petition may be closed as infructuous by granting leave to the Petitioner to challenge any fresh proceeding.

2. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed. It is made clear that this order will not preclude the Petitioner from challenging subsequent proceedings relating to transfer. No costs.
