ORDER
The present application has been taken out to direct the 28th defendant to block the schedule mentioned You Tube videos relating to the affairs of the applicants/plaintiffs.
2. It is to be noted that this Court by its order dated 24.10.2024, had granted an injunction as prayed for by the petitioner in O.A No.792 of 2024 as against the 29th defendant and in O.A. No.793 of 2024 as against the defendants 1 to 27.
3. In view of the interim injunction already granted, I do not find any impediment to grant a direction as prayed for by the applicant.
4. In such view of the matter, the 28th defendant is directed to block the Schedule mentioned You Tube videos relating to the affairs of the applicants/plaintiffs till the disposal of the applications filed in O.A.Nos.792 & 793 of 2024 in C.S.No.250 of 2024.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the application in A.No.398 of 2025 in C.S.No.250 of 2024 stands disposed of. No costs. 06-02-2025 (1/2) kak To
