ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to Page No.1 of 4
this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 17.07.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Since the aforesaid representation was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. Since the petitioner had not submitted an online application with the 2nd respondent to enable the 2nd respondent to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party as they deem fit.

6. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.
7. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the 2nd respondent seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the 2nd respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.
8. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
