Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 2nd respondent to file on the Final Report in Crime No.448 of 2020 dated 18.05.2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file on the Final Report in Crime No.448 of 2020 dated 18.05.2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 18.05.2020, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
