(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Alleging that the order of this Court dated 10.07.2024 made in W.P.No.32218 of 2023 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the State preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and interim stay has been granted in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.7184 of 2025. Thus the contempt petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition, if required, after the disposal of the Special Leave Petition pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court.
