The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent not to harass her by way of threatening.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. There is an undertaking on the side of the respondent police that if the presence of the petitioner is required by the respondent police, they will issue summon to her and as otherwise, they will not cause any inconvenience to her.
4. Recording the undertaking given by the respondent police, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for interrogation and enquiry, if she receives any summon. At the same time, the petitioner shall not be harassed under the guise of investigation.
