When the matter was listed on 06.02.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to file legal representative petition, since the petitioner has died. Accordingly, the matter came to be listed on 06.03.2019 and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that day also, the learned counsel sought further time. Even today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time. Considering the prayer sought in the Writ Petition for a mandamus, directing the respondents herein to sell the subject property to the petitioner, which she claims to be in her possession and which powers are vested with the respondents who are the Competent Authorities to accept such a request on policy decision to be taken, no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition. Nevertheless, since the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to file the legal representative petition, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
