This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 237 days in filing this Criminal Revision, in Crl.M.P.No.7091 of 2013 dated 02.03.2018 passed by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and also he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and the Criminal Revision is also rejected at the SR stage itself.
