The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is for a direction to the second respondent to grant notional promotion from 14.04.1993.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the notional promotion was granted to the petitioner on 14.07.2015 and also produced a copy of the said order before this Court. In https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

view of the said order, the petitioner may not have any grievance.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent also ratifies such a statement.

4. In view of the above submissions, no further orders are necessary. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
