This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent in ref. No. Na. Ka. No. 1570 Aa 3 / 2007 dated 17.05.2007.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Mr. Parthiban Prasad, who represents on behalf of the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation on 31.05.2019 and hence, the cause does not survive any more for the petitioner to agitate this writ petition. 3.In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
