JUDGMENT

(Heard Video Conference) This Court by its earlier order dated 26.04.2021 directed the learned counsel for the appellant to take steps to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased second respondent and made it clear that if steps are not taken to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased second respondent before the next hearing date, the Second Appeal shall stand automatically dismissed for non prosecution.

the Legal Representatives for the deceased second respondent. Since, the learned counsel for the appellant has not complied with the order dated 26.04.2021, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
