The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the writ on hand is filed questioning the seniority of the writ petitioner and that even at the time of filing of the writ petition, he was aged about 55 years and now he would be around 70 years.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner has taken efforts to contact the writ petitioner for securing instructions to get along with the matter and further, he made a submission that he is unable to contact the writ petitioner so as to proceed with the case. Thus, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner reports "no instructions".
