ORDER
The subject matter of challenge in the present writ petition pertains to the proceeding of the 2nd respondent dated 25.06.2004, wherein, the petitioner was directed to pay a lease amount of Rs.23,457/- per year, failing which the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
will be liable to be evicted and the money will be recovered under the Revenue Recovery Act.
2. Heard Mrs.R.T.Shyamala, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Sathish, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. This writ petition was filed in the year 2004 and no interim orders were passed by this Court. No useful purpose would be served in deciding the issue involved in this writ petition at this length of time, since the very occupation of the petitioner at this length of time is doubtful.
4. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
