COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions are filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, call for the records relating to the impugned order, dated 24.03.2008, in claim petition Nos.722 & 798 of 1999, passed by the second respondent and quash the same. 2.The learned counsel for both sides are present. When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole Proprietrix of the Management of M/s.Sri Ganesh Water Supply Mrs.Gnanambal died on 14.03.2021 and he has also filed a memo to that effect. The said memo is recorded by this Court and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:

1.It is submitted that the above Writ of Certiorari was filed by the Management of M/s.Sri Ganesh Water Supply Rep. by Proprietrix, Mrs.U.Gnanambal, Represented by the Power of Attorney Agent H.Selvaraj against D.Elumalai C/o.The General Secretary Madras Motor Drivers' Association and another.

the Management of M/s.Sri Ganesh Water Supply died on 14.03.2021.
