This petition has been filed to record the death of the 1st appellant and bring on record the proposed petitioners 3 to 7 herein, as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant and rank them as appellants 3 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.

2. No representation on the side of the respondents though their names are printed in the cause list after serving due notice on them. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
