ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai in I.A.No.79 of 201 in I.D.No.634 of 2005 and quash its order dated 27.11.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai, directed the writ petitioner "to produce the originals of the bye laws of the society for the period from 1995 to 1998 alone along with the necessary copies duly attested by them in a period of three weeks from today".

3. The learned counsel further submits that as the respondent has received the original copy of the bye laws as per the direction of the labour Court, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous as nothing survives for adjudication.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
