This application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner to permit him to take subpoena to the Doctor S.Karthikeyan, M.D. Reg.No.75478 Outreach Psychiatrist District Mental Health Programme, Chennai District, Government Peripheral Hospital, Saidapet, Chennai-600 015 through the Registry to attend and give evidence pertaining to the Disability Certificate of Mrs.Manorani issued on 02.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to issue subpoena to the Doctor S.Karthikeyan, M.D. Reg.No.75478 Outreach Psychiatrist District Mental Health Programme, Chennai District, Government Peripheral Hospital, Saidapet, Chennai-600 015 to attend and give evidence pertaining to the Disability Certificate of Mrs.Manorani issued on 02.12.2021, mentioning the date of hearing as 26.02.2024.

5. Post the matter before the Master Court for recording evidence on 26.02.2024.
