O R D E R

The tender notification issued by the first respondent in proceedings No. ROC.2/244/04 dated 07.07.2004, is sought to be quashed in the present writ petition.

2. The tender is in relation to the auction regarding the properties belong to the first respondent-Town Panchayat. This Court is of an opinion that on account of efflux of time, the auction notice challenged in the present writ petition deserves no consideration and if at all any grievance exist to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the writ petitioner, it is left open to him to redress the same before the Competent Authorities in the manner known to law.

3. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
