The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a direction to the second respondent to consider the promotion of the petitioner as Nursing Superintendent Grade III in Medical and Rural Health Department.

2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner was promoted as Nursing Superintendent Grade III. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above promotion, the petitioner may not have any further grievance. Hence, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
