O R D E R

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a direction to the respondents to pay the pension benefits of the petitioner's late father.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the Writ Petition, the respondents have started paying the pensionary benefits. As such, no fruitful orders can be passed in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
