..Respondents/Respondents/Plaintiffs Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under the Article 227 of of the Constitution of India, to direct the Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram to take on file and number the unnumbered I.A.Sr.No.2086 of 2019 in L.A.O.P.No.283 of 2007, dated 04.01.2020.

ORDER

According to the revision petitioner, he initially engaged Advocates Mr.Arun Subramanian and Mr.A.S.Vijay Anand practising at Thiruvallur to appear on his behalf. But the said counsels have not appeared on behalf of the revision petitioner. At this stage, his newly engaged counsel namely Mr.D.Sathyanarayana, filed unnumbered IA.SR.No.2086 of 2019 in LAOP.No.283 of 2007 dated, 04.01.2020 praying for issuance of cheque in his name on 03.10.2019.

But, unfortunately the learned Sub Judge, Kancheepuram has returned his application with an endorsement "Previous counsel consent not obtained in Vakalath, hence returned" by order dated 04.01.2020. Challenging the aforesaid order passed by the learned Sub Judge, Kancheepuram, the petitioner has come forward with the present revision before this Court.

2. During the course of arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner has agreed that the petitioner will make necessary arrangements for getting NOC or 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filing an appropriate application to revoke the Change of Vakalath, before the Court below.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
