PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to pass an order of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider and issue the appointment warrant to the petitioners for the post of Soldier (Clerk/SKT) in pursuant to the completed recruitment and Selection procedures held in May 2003 at Chennai. For Petitioners : Mr.S.Umapathy in all W.Ps For Respondent : Mr.J.Madanagopal Rao in all W.Ps Senior Central Government Standing counsel C O M M O N O R D E R The grievance of the petitioners is in connection with their non-selection for the post of Soldier (Clerk/SKT) in the recruitment, which was completed in the year 2003.
