Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records which culminated in issuing the impugned order in Na.Ka.01-7758/2013 dated 17.06.2013 on the file of the first respondent, set aside the same and consequently direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to continue as Tutor-cum-Warden (B.T. Cadre) in Government ADW Boys Hostel, Parivalagam, Kattumannar Koil Taluk, Cuddalore District or at Kumaratchi Government Adi Dravidar Welfare Boys Hostel, Cuddalore District.
