This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the Impugned Order in I.D.No.281 of 1997 of the First Respondent dated 28.01.2002.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous because the employee concerned, Thiru.Thulasi, attained superannuation and also received increments as per the Impugned Order of the Labour Court.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
