Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the second respondent police to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, Charukesini, aged about 14 years, before this Court and hand over to the petitioner. [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, Charukesini, aged about 14 years, before this Court and hand over to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the detenue Charukesini was secured on 08.02.2022 and was produced before the Child Welfare Committee, Coimbatore and thereafter, she was handed over to her parents.
Recording the aforesaid submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
