Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2022 and to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to revise the scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.234 Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 01.06.2009, from 01.01.2006 to 30.06.2011 and to pay all the subsequent and consequential benefits to the petitioner from 01.01.2006.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2022 and to revise the scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.234 Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 01.06.2009 from 01.01.2006 to 30.06.2011 and to pay all the subsequent and consequential benefits to the petitioner from 01.01.2006.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to dispose the representation to be submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of

the representation.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
