Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.KUMANARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The petitioners are permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs only) lying in the Court deposit by furnishing the Bank Guarantee to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
