This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the complaint dated 22.09.2018 given by the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner, the 3rd respondent already registered an FIR in Crime No.63 of 2019 for an offence under Sections 447, 427 and 34 IPC. The learned counsel further submitted that the investigation is on and the respondent police will take all necessary steps against the accused persons in accordance with law.
