2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. This petition is filed to condone the delay of 67 days in filing the above writ appeal. The petitioner has given sufficient reasons to the satisfaction of this court in explaining the delay. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for condoning the delay.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay of 67 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
