JUDGMENT

(Heard through video conferencing) The matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" today. On 04.08.2021, learned counsel for the Appellant reported no instructions in this matter. Thereafter, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the Appellant in the cause list and post the matter for hearing on 11.08.2021. On 11.08.2021, though the names of the Appellant was printed in the cause list, there was no representation on the side of the Appellant once again. Thereafter, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" today (18.08.2021). Even today, there is no representation on the side of the Appellant. It can now be inferred that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting this second appeal. Accordingly, this second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
