The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.70 of 2014 dated 24.01.2014, wherein this Court has directed respondents to allow the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to retire from service and to settle his retirement benefits viz., service and monetary benefits, within a period of of eight weeks from the date of receipt of that order.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate for respondents.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by learned Government Advocate for respondents that the order of this Court has been complied with. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition.
