ORDER

1. The learned counsel for the petitioner says that, since the petitioner has been handed over a copy a letter dated 08.08.2017, addressed by the Principal Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, to the Secretary, Indian Nursing Council, the present proceedings, initiated for contempt, may be closed.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is ordered accordingly. The Contempt Petition shall stand closed.
