The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 589 days in filing the above criminal revision against the judgment dated 12.10.2020 made in Crl.A.No.52 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Namakkal, confirming the judgment dated 23.09.2019 made in C.C.No.256 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Namakkal.

2. Though the name of the respondent has been printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of him.

vji miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 589 days in filing the above revision, is condoned subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) by the petitioners jointly in C.C.No.256 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Namakkal, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and produce proof before the registry, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
