Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the appointment for Noon Meal Organiser at Varakoor Middle School, Erumapatti Village Panchayat Union and pass orders on her representations dated 26.11.2018 within a stipulated period.

O R D E R

The petitioner applied for the post of Noon Meal Organiser in the Varakoor Middle School, Erumapatti Village Panchayat union and she participated in the interview conducted on 23.08.2018. Thereafter, the petitioner was unable to know the status of his application. The petitioner made a representation to the second respondent, in this connection, but the same evoked no response. Hence she has come up with this writ petition.

2.Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 26.11.2018 made by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders after affording an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
