The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2018 and to initiate appropriate action against respondents 5 and 6 for their illegal activities narrated in the said representation.

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2018 and to initiate appropriate action against respondents 5 and 6 for their illegal activities. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2018, is pending with the Deputy Commissioner of Police, St.Thomas Mount, Chennai.
4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the Deputy commissioner of Police, St.Thomas Mount, Chennai, is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation dated 26.07.2018, and pass appropriate orders and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
