This application has been filed seeking visitation rights of the grandparents of the minor children. The comfort and affection extended by any grandparent is required for the mental health and all other aspects of the minor children.

2. It is stated that there is already an arrangement in place for visitation rights of the father but complaints have been raised that when the children come over to visit the father, they leave the place immediately within a few minutes.

3. An apprehension is raised that the mother has tutored the children. However, it would also be to the advantage of the mother if she were to encourage the relationship between the grandparents of the minor children as that is a bond which is different and distinct from the bond which a child has with his/her parents.

In view of that particular fact, during the ensuing May, till the evidence is to commence, the mother may facilitate the two children to visit his grandparents during the weekends and it would be to the advantage of the father, if, he were to absent himself so that the grandparents can have the opportunity of interacting with the children independently and spend some quality time with them.

5. The father already has a grievance that the children run away during the period of visitation. Till he gets acquainted properly, during visitation the grandparents can participate and later, after two or three weeks, the father can join.

6. Let this arrangement be put in place. This application stands allowed.
