..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from preventing the petitioner from transporting the water from their well situated in re-survey No.146/1B in Santhipalayam Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk to their Divya Dyeing Factory situated at S.F.No.215, Govindan Thottam, Chinnakarai, Palladam Road, Tiruppur through the tanker lorry, bearing TN 28 Y 0599.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
