ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Myilsamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 to 4.

2. Learned Government Advocate submits that the President, Varapatti Panchayat will conduct the survey and upon survey, if encroachment is found on the road ie., S.No.712/1, New Dub Division No.712/1C situated at Ganapathi Nagar, Varapatti Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, then action would be taken by the authorities.

3. In view of the said statement, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
