Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.254 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 109(1) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail. 2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner in this case has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
