No.8 of 2010 dated 30.03.2010 and quash the same consequently directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for issuance of photo identity card with the same terms and conditions as thousands of other hawkers as per the Hawking Scheme for the hawking trade at corber of Thambu Chetty Street adjacent to the C.S.I. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The push cart vendor sought to have a permanent space as per the finding in the impugned order. In a separate proceedings in W.P.No.33821 of 2014 relating to N.S.C. Bose Road, the Vending Committee has already enumerated the eligible hawkers.

2. In view of the aforesaid, no separate petition filed by the petitioner is maintainable and it is for the petitioner to approach the Vending Committee.
