This application has been filed to amend the petition in Serial No.6 debts in the above petition as Sl.No.6 (1% Dearness allowance amount (approximately) Rs.844/- instead of (1% Dearness allowance amount (approximately) Rs.31,126/-.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that at the time of filing the petition for succession certificate, due to inadvertent and typographical error amount has been wrongly mentioned. Hence, prays for amendment.

3. Considering the averments in the affidavit filed along with the application, this application is Ordered.

The registry is directed to issue amended succession certificate.
