PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorari, calling for the records from the 2nd respondent's order dated 11.05.2010 bearing reference No.Na.Ka.No.2101/A4/10 and quash the same being illegal, arbitrary, vindictive and to pass such other orders as this Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, award costs and render justice.
