O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondents to transfer the investigation in Crime No.250 of 2014 to the 2nd respondent and consequently to take appropriate penal action against the erred officials not to proper investigate the above said crime.

2. It is seen that the investigation in Crime No.250 of 2014 is pending on the file of the 3rd respondent police. Now, almost five years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3. However, considering that the crime is of the year 2014, the 3rd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.250 of 2014 and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
